American customers from Texas came to MIngheng Machinery,.Ltd at the beginning of 2015, they planned to build a new company and need some useful advice and suggestion from our engineer. Our general manager and chief engineer worked out a economic solution for the American customers. The solution can meet customer’s production requirement and is the most economical scheme. 

After watching our technical scheme and working situation of the machine, the American customers put high value of cooperation with us. They think Mingheng can design and produce best quality pipe fittings machines with economical solution.

The customer planned to produce elbows of size 1/2’’—12’’ elbows of stainless, carbon steel and alloy steel. Our chief engineer Mr. Shao suggested the following machines for them. YLT100B elbow cold forming machine, YLT300B elbow cold forming machine, YWDJ3205A elbow double head beveling machine and YWDJ5012B elbow double head beveling machine. 

The YLT100B elbow cold forming machine is suitable for produce 1/2’’—4’’ elbows and the YLT300B elbow making machines is suitable for manufacturing 4’’-12’’ elbows of alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel.

After about 4 month production, Mingheng finished the production of these machines. The American customers came to our factory and make quality inspection. They thought highly of our quality and commercial credit. After signed the inspection and acceptance report, we prepared for the transportation. When the machines arrived at customers’ factory, we will send two engineer to make assembly and train their workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
